I like the spaces of the suite and the location.

There's no drinking water machine provided where I have to go purchase my self. The metal piece in the bathroom is actually loose where the bottles keep falling.

Apartment was beautiful, exceeded all our expectations and the view from our window was insane! Such a good price for what you get, would 100% go back here if I were to visit KL again.

Any small issues that we encountered, we whatsapp'd the team, and someone was sent up within 10 minutes to resolve this.

Just for the location

1) have to pay for parking, for swimming pool 2) the property didn’t allow guest eventho already reached the hotel lobby - no consideration at all3) need to stop for room detail everytime enter parking

Convenient mini mart on the property

Desk staff is very rude, unwelcoming and off putting. You must turn on a water heater 30 minutes before your shower and the water pressure is actually the worst I’ve ever seen

Now they are start charging rm30 per person to use swimming pool and no visiting guess allowed to the room

Room not up to standard. Check in time is at 3 pm. So we had to wait since we arrived 12pm and were tired. Upon checking in room internet wifi was an issue so had to ask office to fix it. Bedroom Aircon leaking after started and it was all over floor wet. However they fixed next day as nobody available on same day. Other than this two rest all ok. Location far from main attractions.

There dish sponge was so used up ,have to call their attention to change it,there are small cockroaches in the room,the skypool and gym are not free

Spacious with high ceiling

The no guess policy defeat the purpose of holiday and family life. The guess are not to stay but come to visit us as we are visiting KL

didn't expect much for a short stay but,,,,

its the first time i had the wifi turned off on me and i have been told that is because the wifi for my room is shared between 2 rooms in the same unit(Left unit and right unit) and the internet router is in the other room and someone turned it off

Extended my stay for one more night, and it was a great experience. I managed to finish my office work, cook for my family, and get some washing done too. As a mum, I could still keep my routine of looking after my husband at the IJN ward, with help from my mother-in-law and sister.

Moving from level 43 to 21 was a bit tiring with all our belongings from a week-long stay, but overall it was a pleasant and productive time.

We extended our stay for additional treatment at IJN, and the front office was very helpful, even arranging an early check-in to a new apartment. Moving from level 21 to 25 was smooth and hassle-free. The spacious one-bedroom unit with a movable kitchen made it easy to prepare healthy meals and move around comfortably.We loved the warm, homely environment and the mesmerizing night view of Kuala Lumpur. Although we were disappointed we couldn’t take photos by the pool before leaving, we still appreciate the great hospitality — especially from the front desk assistant who was a huge help. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!

We can't capture some memorable photos at the pool area level 48 upon check-out. The security doesnt allow us to do so, even for 2 minutes. I was too busy to visit the pool area during our stay.

The room is full of cockroach and when I told it to the receptionist, she just asked me how many and told if I did took a picture

I absolutely would not recommend this property.To start, the location is very secluded and not suitable if you prefer walking or easy access to nearby places. It’s isolated and inconvenient unless you have a car. The property itself is outdated, and the toilet was in poor condition — there was debris and it felt unsanitary.We were also misled by the listing, which claimed access to the pool and gym. In reality, you have to pay extra to use either of them — something that was not made clear in the booking description.But the worst part of our stay was the experience during check-out. We had to check out early at 4:00 AM due to a flight, but the reception was completely closed, and there was no staff available to help us check out or return our $100 deposit. We left the room in perfect condition and returned the key as expected. We’ve since tried contacting the property multiple times, and they sent a form for refund of deposit, but however upon asking for updates have been completely ignored. There’s been no refund and no explanation.This entire experience felt disorganized and untrustworthy, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. If you value honest listings, accessible staff, and basic service, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

The chair needs to be fixed. It's uneven.

Near to city center and attractions

Toilet wasnt clean. Bad stench coming from AC unit. Bathroom door was fully glass no privacy. The sofa outside was dirty with stains. They covered it with a bed sheet. We requested to change room but they said cant do, and will send someone to check the smell. Never happened though. Difficult to access amenities like swimming pool and gym due to strict bureaucracy. Have to take own towels to pool.

The apartment was good. But were also cockroaches inside. It is really terrible when they are running everywhere. The soundproof of apartment awful. You can hear everything in the corridor and when your neighbors open and closing door and communicating.Also during check in the smell is awful.The swimming pool on the roof top not free of charge and possible to pay only with cash.
